What biases exist in your perceptual frame that may exclude diverse kinds of ideas as “not innovative?” What biases exist in the culture(s) you inhabit that enable or hinder Innovation?

Learning cohorts are key to sustainable learning. They help in:

  • reflecting on and testing ideas with the benefit of diverse perspectives;

  • getting objective feedback from people who have firsthand knowledge of ORI;

  • receiving mutual support;

  • completing assigned projects.
