The Values Perspectives approach to values and human interactions is non-judgmental, and our work with values with individuals, teams and organizations is conducted in a manner that ensures confidentiality and creates safe space for understanding values—one’s own and those of others.

Kenton Hyatt, PhD – Tucson, Arizona, USA

Kenton is co-founder of Kairios, and co-author of the Values Perspectives theory and survey; and of What’s Important: Understanding and Working with Values Perspectives. Kenton specializes in values assessment and development for individuals, groups, teams, and organizations and the development of supporting ethical behaviors. Kenton is also a painter and photographer.

Cheryl De Ciantis, PhD – Tucson, Arizona, USA

Cheryl is co-founder of Kairios, and co-author of the Values Perspectives theory and survey; and of What’s Important: Understanding and Working with Values Perspectives. She is a coach, team and leadership development designer/facilitator and organizational consultant, specializing in immersive creative methodologies for insight and action. Cheryl is also an artist and mythologist. 


Ginger Grant, PhD – Toronto, Ontario, CANADA

Ginger is the Acting Dean of Applied Research and Innovation at Humber College in Canada and a Visiting Professor at the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. Her areas of specialization include innovation management and metrics, creativity and creative problem solving, and values-based leadership programs for high performance teams. She is a widely published author, international speaker and management consultant. 


Golnaz Golnaraghi, DBA – Toronto, Ontario, CANADA

Golnaz founded diVITY, helping purpose-driven leaders, teams and organizations enhance leadership and team competencies needed to unleash their full potential. She is currently an Associate Faculty at Royal Roads University. 


Carine Dartiguepeyrou, PhD – Paris, FRANCE

A Master Coach, futurist and researcher in R & D, social systems and governance in the digital age, Carine consults in strategy and change management. She is a widely published author and editor, and is an artist. Carine is president of the Observatory of Values in France and is President of Uniqueness. 


Jeremy Staples – Toronto, Ontario, CANADA

As an entrepreneur and facilitator, Jeremy’s mission is to shift how individuals and organizations think and operate in the face of rapid technological, economic, and cultural change. His passion and curiosity centres around learning, innovation, and creativity. Jeremy is a skilled facilitator and has a gift for motivating and inspiring others to reflect and think differently. 


Patrick Marant – Paris, FRANCE

Patrick, Managing Director of In Principo Collaborative Dynamics, and founder of Nudgee Ecosystème 3.0, is a business consultant and social media entrepreneur who brings together people, creative ideas and the means to execute; and he brings these talents to his coaching and collaborative team development practices. Patrick is General Secretary of the of the Executive Committee of the Club de Budapest France.


Anne Andrault – Paris, FRANCE

Anne is a futurist, social media entrepreneur, artist, writer and editor and specialist in green products. Anne is the French-language translator for the Values Perspectives, and is the English translator of Ervin Laszlo’s work and ideas. Anne is deeply knowledgeable with regard to the relation of linguistics and culture in meaning-making. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Club de Budapest France.

Arne Sverre Modahl – Bergen, NORWAY

Owner and Partner at Business Inspirator AS, Arne develops/coaches leaders in teams and individually. His work in organisational development focuses on values based leadership and understanding of roles; and on development processes with the focus on market and customer, values, behavior and culture.


Fehrunnisa Moore – Santa Cruz, California, USA

Based in the Silicon Valley area, Fehrunnisa is an ICF Master Certified Coach, with deep executive coaching experience in the tech and health industries, developing leaders and high-performing teams. Fehrunnisa has a commitment to the expansion of consciousness and is a senior teacher with the Sufi International Order. She leads annual treks in Nepal.

Jérôme E. Descours – Paris, FRANCE

Jérôme is founder and CEO of Teamaël, a communication agency. His specialities: Communication strategies consultancy, Strategic coaching, publishing, turnkey communication project management and transitional management. He operates on sustainable development, CSR, employment, environment and culture. Aside from this, Jérôme is General secretary in “L’Observatoire des valeurs” and Senior advisor in the “World Human Forum”. 


Irène Papaligouras, PhD – Paris, FRANCE

Irène is founder of Leaders Excellence Partners, a strategic human resources consultancy, focused on a predicative and proactive audit of the skills and talents of leaders, managers and entrepreneurs. She is the cofounder and Vice President of the World Human Forum, an NGO which aims to bring together and boost initiatives of citizens worldwide in order to contribute to the construction of a new human narrative.

Liliane Bassali – Paris, FRANCE

Liliane is a hypnotherapist and a practitioner in brief psychotherapy. She is passionate about the question of meaning and helps people to find their internal compass, in their personal and existential dimension, and also in their professional and relational dimension. Liliane’s education and career background is in literature, which she has used to develop relevant and useful reflection in the context of her therapeutic practice.  


Rose Hyatt – Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA

Rose has served various vulnerable populations in a range of education and non profit capacities.  She believes in connection before expectation.  She gets excited to coach mindfulness, values, the combination and application in populations as a way to transpose trauma.  She specializes in using values in transitions, strategic planning, working with boards and connecting people and ideas.

Jennifer Larson – Toronto, Ontario, CANADA

Jennifer is an accomplished communications, design thinking, and innovation strategies professional with experience in both the private and public sector. Before her current role as Manager of Public Affairs at Humber College, Canada’s largest college, Jennifer was National Communications Manager at KPMG. Prior to that she developed brand awareness and customer satisfaction initiatives for the Greater Toronto Airports Authority.


Raeshelle Morris – Toronto, Ontario, CANADA

As Innovation Program Manager at Humber College, Canada, Raeshelle is responsible for all aspects of Applied Research and Innovation (ARI). She holds a BA in Management and Organizational Studies and an MA in Leadership. Her certifications include Project Manager (PMP), Experience Innovation and Experience Change facilitator, and she has earned a Green Belt in Innovation Management from Innovation 360 (IMYB™).

Camila Pérez Peña – Toronto, Ontario, CANADA

Camila is a Strategic Innovation Designer and Project Coordinator of Applied Research and Innovation at Humber College. She truly believes that human relations, collaboration, and co-creation can change the world and are the key to successfully lead and mentor teams to achieve long-lasting success. Her work focuses on ethnographic research and Design Thinking to transform ideas into sustainable high-impact opportunities and projects.


Barath Roy Michel – Toronto, Ontario, CANADA

Barath is Project Coordinator of Research and Innovation at Humber College, Canada. After completing his Masters in Social Work (MSW) with specialization in Human Resources, he became HR Business Partner in TVS ASL, leading projects in the Middle East. At startup Proveer Finance & HR Solutions he was able to explore entrepreneurship, human centered design and gain an anthropological understanding of the market as factors in sustainable business models.
